Privacy Policy

REmember is a client-memory assistant for real estate agents. Agents text, call, or message REmember and it keeps track of their clients, reminders, transactions, and documents. This page explains exactly what we store, why, and who else sees it.

Who this covers

Two kinds of people appear in REmember. Agents are our customers: they sign up, and they control the account. Clients and contacts are the people an agent keeps notes about. Those people are not our customers and never sign in, so the agent decides what is stored about them and can delete it at any time. If you are a client of an agent who uses REmember and want your information removed, contact your agent, or email us at freshpickedapp@gmail.com and we will route it.

What we collect

• Your account. Name, phone number, and password. Optionally your work email, brokerage, office address, and a headshot, which appear on the letterhead of documents you share with clients.
• Your conversation with REmember. Texts, voice notes, and phone calls with the assistant, including transcripts, so it has continuity across messages and channels.
• Client records you create. Names, phone numbers, emails, and the notes, reminders, and transaction details you ask it to keep. Because you dictate these notes freely, they can include financial details you choose to record, such as a budget or whether someone is pre-approved, and personal circumstances such as a move, a new job, or a growing family. REmember uses those details only to answer your questions and to decide who is worth contacting first. Only record what you are permitted to.
• Documents you send. Contracts, disclosures, and inspection reports, along with the summary REmember produces from them.
• Contacts, if you connect them. If you connect Google Contacts or share an address book from your phone, we store names, phone numbers, emails, and company names so the assistant can recognize people who are not yet in your CRM. With Google this includes both the contacts you saved yourself and the addresses Google collected automatically from your mail, which is usually where a lender or an inspector turns up. This is kept as a lookup directory, separate from your client records.
• Email and calendar, if you connect them. With your permission we read your Gmail to answer questions about it, send email from your own address when you ask, and read your calendar for appointment reminders.
• Your home base, if you set one. If you give REmember a home base address for drive-time estimates, that address is sent to Google Maps to calculate travel time before an appointment. It is kept separate from the office address that appears on client documents.
• Billing. Subscription status and history. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

What we do with it

We use it to run the product for you: remembering clients, answering your questions, sending the messages you ask us to send, reading your documents, and reminding you about deadlines. That is the whole list.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of processors, each for one job, and only the data that job needs:

• Anthropic and OpenAI, to power the assistant's understanding, its voice line, and transcription of voice notes.
• Linq for text messaging and Twilio for the phone line.
• Google, only for the Gmail, Calendar, and Contacts features you explicitly connect.
• Google Maps, only to turn your home base address into a drive time.
• Stripe for payments, Railway for hosting, and Dropbox or Google Drive when you import a file from them.

We do not send your data to anyone else, except where the law requires it.

Your Google data

REmember's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use Gmail, Calendar, and Contacts data only to provide features you turn on. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not let humans read it except with your explicit permission, to resolve a support issue you raise, or where required by law. You can disconnect any Google integration at any time, from your Google account permissions page or by asking REmember.

Keeping it safe

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to the people who operate the service. Integration tokens are stored encrypted and are only used to provide the feature you connected.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. Conversation history and document readings age out automatically. When you delete your account, everything goes with it.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and all of its data from Settings in the REmember web app, or by emailing freshpickedapp@gmail.com. Deletion removes your clients, notes, reminders, transactions, documents, conversation history, and any connected integration tokens, and it cancels billing. It is immediate and cannot be undone.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Email freshpickedapp@gmail.com and we will handle it. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Children

REmember is a business tool for licensed real estate professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Text messaging

REmember is used over text. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, and HELP for help. Clients who reply STOP are permanently unsubscribed until they reply START.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and tell you in the app or by text.
