Common questions

How do I get started?

Text REmember at (408) 560-0132 and say hello, or sign up at app.rememberagent.io. It walks you through the rest. There is nothing to install.

How do I bring in my existing clients?

Send REmember a spreadsheet (CSV or Excel), share your address book from your phone's Contacts app, connect Google Contacts, or connect Follow Up Boss. Attach the file right in the text thread and it files everyone automatically.

Can I call it?

Yes. Call the same number and talk to it. Anything with a link, like listings or a draft text, gets sent to you as a message while you are still on the call.

How do I stop the texts?

Reply STOP to any message from REmember and they stop immediately. Reply START to turn them back on.

How do I cancel?

Text the assistant the word cancel, or cancel from Settings in the web app. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open Settings in the web app and choose Delete account, or email us and we will do it for you. It removes your clients, notes, reminders, transactions, documents, and conversation history, and it cancels billing. It cannot be undone.

Something looks wrong in a summary

REmember is powered by AI and it can get things wrong. Always double check dates, dollar amounts, and anything you forward to a client. If you spot a mistake, email us the details and we will look at it.
