Terms of Service
Last updated August 2, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and REmember for the use of the service. By using REmember you agree to them.
What REmember is
REmember is an assistant that helps real estate agents remember their clients and stay on top of their work. It keeps notes, sets reminders, tracks transactions, reads documents you send it, searches listing data, and drafts messages you ask it to send.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. REmember is intended for real estate professionals. You are responsible for everything that happens in your account and for keeping your password safe.
Your responsibilities
- Only add information about people you are permitted to keep records about, and follow the laws that apply to you, including real estate rules and messaging and privacy laws.
- Get consent before REmember texts someone on your behalf, and honor opt-outs. REmember stops texting anyone who replies STOP.
- Do not use REmember to send spam, to harass anyone, or for anything illegal.
- Do not try to break, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
The assistant makes mistakes
REmember is powered by AI. It can summarize a contract incorrectly, misread a date, or return incomplete listing information. It is not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for your own judgment. Always verify anything that matters, especially deadlines, dollar amounts, disclosures, and anything you pass on to a client. You remain responsible for your professional obligations.
Listing data
Listing information comes from third-party sources and is provided for convenience. It may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and it is not a substitute for the MLS or your broker's systems. Verify before relying on it.
Your content
Your notes, documents, and messages stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only so we can run the service for you. We handle them as described in the Privacy Policy.
Billing
Paid plans bill in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the app or by texting the word cancel, and access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires it.
Third-party integrations
When you connect Google, Follow Up Boss, Dropbox, Instagram, or another service, that service's own terms apply to it. We are not responsible for what those services do, and a change on their end may change or break a feature.
Availability
We work to keep REmember running but do not promise it will always be available or error free. We may change or discontinue features. If we make a material change that affects you, we will tell you.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using REmember and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or the law.
Disclaimers and liability
REmember is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. To the extent permitted by law, REmember is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost business, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change, and continuing to use REmember after a change means you accept it.
